Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Canada): 5–12 business days

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high‑volume periods.

Customs,Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country during or after the shipment.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions

Because we sell self‑care products, some items may have shipping restrictions depending on your region (e.g., liquids or natural ingredients). If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you immediately.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact shipment carrier within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
